I was so excited to visit the Hello Kitty cafe. It must be a childhood memory. The cafe is adorable. We had a cappuccino, matcha latte, French toast, sliders and concha. The food was good and the service Vianey provided was excellent.

The Hello Kitty Cafe is inside the mall behind Museum Soumaya. The service was good but food was pricey and just okay. The service was really good and Jessica, our waitress was super helpful. I did like how she offered to seat us by the window where you can see the museum.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. A must see and delight in for sure. Right next to the Museum. And the service and food are excellent.
A must if you are nearby . The place is every little girl’s dream and the food was delish and nicely decorated. Vianey was helpful in recommending us dishes. The Salmon Toast, the Red Velvet and the Blondie desserts were simply superb. Will come again!
Was a wonderful experience , quick bite to eat by the aquarium ! Our waitress Vianey was very helpful and explained the drinks (had a carnal frappe) and our dessert cart. had a big smile and pleasant tone! Will be coming here again :)
